By creating an account or using ChargeTrack ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ChargeTrack is a community app for EV drivers to log Supercharger check-ins, track trips, explore charging locations on a map, and optionally share activity on leaderboards and with friends. ChargeTrack is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, charger submissions or trip names). By submitting content, you grant ChargeTrack a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the Service. Public profiles and check-ins may be visible to other users when you opt in.
Certain features, including check-ins, use your device location. You can decline location access, but some features may not work without it. Location use is described in our Privacy Policy.
ChargeTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Supercharger locations, map data, and community submissions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always follow local laws and safe driving practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChargeTrack and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through our account deletion page. Personal data is removed according to our Privacy Policy; anonymized activity may be retained for aggregate statistics.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ChargeTrack after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
